Refund Policy

We have a strict, no-refund policy.

Once booked, we reserve a slot for you, and defer any other slot reservations. Hence, it becomes extremely difficult for us to re-schedule batches or accommodate last-minute changes.

We cannot accommodate any re-scheduling or cancellations for the courses or painting orders.

Exceptions

However, in the event that Art Naavu is unable to provide the necessary material kit for your course and fails to arrange an alternative — thereby preventing you from participating — we will issue a refund.

• The product must be unused.
• The refund request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 8–10 working days.
